When you see a red circle with a white exclamation mark inside it in the Orchid client app, that indicates that you need to add more OXT to your Orchid account becauase you currently do not have enough OXT to cover the cost of redeeming a ticket.

You can use the web dApp at https://account.orchid.com to add more OXT to your account in just a few simple steps! 😀 See this help article for instructions on how to do that.
